Insurance & Billing

We accept Medicare and most insurance and managed care plans. We will work with your referring physician to secure prior insurance authorization for your exam, if required.

Deductibles and co-insurance will be collected at the time of your exam. We also offer a reduced fee schedule for self-paying patients and other payment arrangements for those with financial burdens.  In these cases, please call our office to discuss our current self-pay prices or to explore other payment arrangements.

Upon completion of your exam, we will file your benefit claims with Medicare or your insurance plan.  Once your claim has been processed and reconciled, you will receive a bill for any outstanding balances. Please be aware that your imaging exam will involve two separate fees--one for the scan or procedure itself (performed and billed by us) and one for the professional interpretation of the images (performed and billed by a Radiologist).

Online Payments

If you have your Patient Account Number (found on the top right of your billing statement), you are now able to securely make payments online!  If you do not have your Patient Account Number available, you may call our billing office at (318) 424-6486 and will will be happy to provide you the information or take your payment over the phone if you prefer.

To make an online payment, click the "Pay Online" button below.  On the next page, you will be asked to complete your billing address and contact information.  Next, you will be asked to enter the amount of the payment you wish to make (referred to in the form as the "Order Amount").  You will then have a choice of making your payment with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or by electronic check.  After submitting your payment information, you will see a confirmation page where you may print a statement with a confirmation number for your transaction.  You will also receive an email confirming your transaction details as well.
